1. Introduction

Crosslinker LLC ("Crosslinker," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website crosslinker.us and related services (collectively, the "Services"), an online platform that connects Customers seeking product testing, validation, and certification with independent testing laboratories and service providers ("Service Providers") around the world. Information from third parties

  • We may receive information from identity-verification providers, payment processors, and, where relevant, a Service Provider you have engaged through the platform (for example, confirming that a test was completed).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage your Crosslinker account;
  • Match Customers with appropriate Service Providers and facilitate testing requests, quotes, and bookings;

4. How We Share Your Information

  • With Service Providers: when you submit a testing request or booking, we share the relevant project and contact information with the Service Provider(s) you choose to engage, so they can quote and perform the requested testing.
  • With Customers: if you are a Service Provider, relevant business and credential information is shared with Customers evaluating your services.
  • Service vendors: vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools, and who may use your information only to provide those services to us.
  • Legal and safety: where required by law, or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with legal process or protect the rights and safety of Crosslinker, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: if Crosslinker is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent: we may share information with third parties when you direct us to do so.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used, including through analytics tools. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; doing so may affect how parts of the Services function.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

Because Crosslinker connects Customers and Service Providers globally, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction. Where required by law, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
