How to analyze an FTIR spectrum with Analyze IT
Export the spectrum as a CSV with a wavenumber column and either an absorbance or a transmittance column.
Open Analyze IT, choose the CSV and upload. The spectrum is plotted and its peaks are detected automatically, with a predicted compound.
Pick a compound from the reference library (or keep the predicted one) and run Analyze to overlay its reference spectrum.
Switch between absorbance and transmittance, flip the axes, and zoom or auto-scale either plot.
Download the plot as PNG, the data as CSV, or generate and print the analysis report with the peak table.
